After mass I asked and was told to not waste what I have but to use them and maybe look around for what is cruelty free. I keep getting told about still using what I already have.
I mean, they’re already bought and paid for. They’re not thrown out but there’s still stuff left. Would to have these things already bought and then not use them, but either leave them there or thow them out be bad? Would it be a waste to the animals affected, like their suffering was for nothing since the things are bought but aren’t being used? Would it be alright to still use them even though they may have been tested on animals?
What keep coming to mind is if it’s tested on aborted fetal cells/babies which is even worse. I didn’t hear of any products I own doing this, but I never thought food companies would (apparently) be doing that either. So I keep getting confused and caught.
For a while, I felt okay with using what I have since it won’t go to waste, but then I got a worry in my head if they test immorally on humans. And the “skin ethic engineering organisation” is really left me confused. What’s it all about? Moral or not? Good or not? What’s the Catholic Church’s opinions on this? Any help?
Again, thanks and God Bless
