I believe you can get Cuban cigars if you visit Cuba. However, there’s a limited number you’re allowed to take. Honestly though, I’ve heard that they don’t have the market cornered anymore. There’s so much competition now!

You can buy they in the states but you can buy them in Canada, the UK, and most every other country.
At one time you could not bring them back into the states, but you can now. There are limits to what you can bring in, and you are not allowed to sell them but can give them as gifts.
