Roman Catholics and Protestants alike enjoyed The Passion of the Christ.
I know not one Protestant who wishes ill of a Roman Catholic. Then again, that is my personal experience. I do however know Protestants that are ignorant of the Catholic faith, and i correct them when i can (im not RC but Continuing Anglican).
Then again, i think it unhealthy some of the discourse between Roman Catholics and Protestants on here.
In my view, and i imagine many don’t share this, Catholics and Protestants are two sides of the same coin. I believe Protestants excel at evangelizing and bringing in flock, while Catholics excel at deepening ones faith and taking it beyond baby steps.
In a sense, it is unfortunate, but God has deemed it thus.
