Does receiving the Eucharist daily strengthen a person to NOT sin as much?
Is that one of its graces?

From the Catechism of the Catholic church:Does receiving the Eucharist daily strengthen a person to NOT sin as much?
Is that one of its graces?
I can tell you posiitively that when you have a close union with Jesus, as you do when you receive Him daily, you give serious thought before you do anything you know is sinful. You may not always resist the temptation, but you do give serious thought to what you are about to do – offend the one who willingly suffered so much for you, The thought that I am disappointing Our Lord is usually enough to keep me away from any serious offense.Does receiving the Eucharist daily strengthen a person to NOT sin as much?

Yes that is one of the many graces of the Eucharist.#1392 What material food produces in our bodily life, Holy Communion wonderfully achieves in our spiritual life. Communion with the flesh of the risen Christ, a flesh “given life and giving life through the Holy Spirit,” preserves, increases, and renews the life of grace received at Baptism. This growth in Christian life needs the nourishment of Eucharistic Communion, the bread for our pilgrimage until the moment of death, when it will be given to us as viaticum.
Greetings Lisahiku, wish i could see some fruits personally. Oh well, maybe not trying hard enough.
thanks for the responses.
