It may be time to consider in patient treatment for her, and therapy for both you and DH

There comes a point when out patient is no longer helpful, especially if she is refusing to attend

Also- she is a flight risk… over my dead body would I let a mentally and emotionally damaged child have a boyfriend or a phone- not to even mention going somewhere with him and an enabling mother
