Given that it was a heresy to believe States did not have a moral right to apply capital punishment, it is astonishing to be asked to believe now that the heretics were right.I see so many Catholics who are against the death penalty. But am I allowed to support it in the Catholic Church, or is being pro-death penalty a heresy?
