Another interesting footnote might point out that Clinton won the CA popular vote alone by more than 4.26 million votes, while Trump won the other 49 states combined popular vote by more than 1.4 million.

President Trump on Monday morning became the latest in a procession of Republicans to say making it easier for more people to vote would hurt his party politically.

But “more people” voting is not good unless they are real eligible voters voting their one vote.

A blanket statement of “more people” voting does not make sense.

Do you want illegal aliens to vote?

That would be “more people”.

Felons the same. I think that is wrong having felons influence the direction of our country.

Sixteen year-olds? (As Pelosi has admitted she wants.)

That too would be “more people”, but is not appropriate.

A blanket statement pretending “more people” voting being equivalent to “good” for the country is a dubious call in my opinion.
