Dems, Media Outraged After Trump Calls MS-13 Gang Members 'Animals' | Breitbart

It’s an opinion based on observation. Trump absolutely wants to drastically reduce legal and illegal immigration though; that’s not an opinion. In order to sell his nationalism he needs to demonize the whole lot which he does by making sweeping statements like this and later claim he was only talking about some, not all. Paint them as animals and enemies and suddenly locking up children doesn’t seem so drastic.
 
everyday and every week the media and the dema look for something to bw outraged against when it comes to President Trump and his administration. i guess the news from Israel has cooled down so they are in search of a new target on Presidwnt Trump’s back.
 
Nobody has to “look for” something outrageous from Trump. He serves it up voluntarily.
 
Bravo.

In the morning just read his twitter rants. Chances are there will be one or two moments where one says, “the president of the US acts like this?”

that is a typical and lame liberal talking point. the only thing outrageous is how
the media, liberals and democrats blow everything he says out of proportion.
just part of their tactics to portray Trump as this mean ogre who needs to be removed
from office. never mind the abuse of power by the democrats and Obama Administration regarding the Trump campaign and what has happened since he won and beat Hillary.

I think you’ve got it wrong about Watergate – that was all Richard Nixon. He actually did what he was accused of doing, and more. Beyond a shadow of a doubt.

What you should be hoping is that Donald Trump doesn’t make Watergate look like kindergarten.
 
i am saying what the democrats have been doing is worse than Watergate.

People kill 14-year-olds who refuse to join their gang, as happened in Maryland a few years ago to a student immigrant, along with more heinous crimes, is sub-human behavior: they are reducing themselves to a less-than-human level; hence they are metaphorically called animals by people who understand how language works.

Kinda like Chris Cilliza tweeting a picture of Trump in crosshairs. If people did not understand this as metaphor, the Secret Service would be pounding down his door.

Please explain why you persist in defending members of MS-13 which chops up innocemt people with machetes.

Not the activities of the Knights of Columbus or other fraternal and social clubs.

I don’t think most of us have any difficulty at all in distinguishing members of brutal gangs like MS-13 from…pretty much everyone else. Given that they are rapists and murderers there really ought to be little opposition to portraying them as such, and it is just weird to see people get huffy because some of the worst people in the world were called animals, but if it provides an excuse to chuck another rock at Trump I guess that’s sufficient reason.

Sometimes a snake, or an animal, or a whitewashed tomb, or a brood of vipers need to be called by what they are. Dancing around reality does no one any good. It just leaves a whole lot of room for the propagation of evil.

Pointing out that even they are human beings is hardly “defending.” Please stop trying to put words in people’s mouths. It’s dishonest.
