Just a note: While you are at it, don’t forget to forgive the “fundamentalists”. They all mean well. Even the guys on the talk shows. It helps take me out of the “who is right and who is wrong” battle.
I agree with what your saying up to a point. I mean, I met some wonderful people in the Protestant churches, pastors and ministers as well. Sola Sciptura helped me dig deep into the bible for 16 years.Just a note: While you are at it, don’t forget to forgive the “fundamentalists”. They all mean well. Even the guys on the talk shows. Ultimately, we all rely 100% on the Lord’s mercy. And, our Lord hinted at how our sins are forgiven in the time to come (Matthew 12:32). Paul wrote in a similar vein in 1 Corinthians 3:10-15. Those who lead astray will be held more accountable than those whom they lead. Witness James 3:1.I agree with what your saying up to a point. I would say that I’m skeptical of of some TV “ministers” . The concept that “God has a miracle waiting for you” if you “just send in that donation” doesn’t sit well with me.
We must know however what the true church is. I have to wonder though, if a person spent there whole life in a Protestant denomination, would it effect their eternal condition? There is always more to learn. I think it may come down to finding the proper way to worship God.
Hey, those guys have to eat too. And drive the right car. But seriously, we can forgive the greed and the implications while we are wary.I agree with what your saying up to a point. Now, as far as spending one’s life in a Protestant denomination, there is a serious matter. If you want my take on how to save Protestants, and finding the proper way to worship, please donate to my latest fund: “New House for OneSheep”. Its on a Caribbean island, but all are invited to come and hear my take on the good news![]()
