Loving God,

We lift up our continued intentions on behalf of our sister Diane and her mother and ask for your mercy and blessings for them, dear Lord. Please grant Diane healing, strong faith, courage, and continued hope in your divine providence. We ask especially for the gift of healing for Diane during the challenging times she currently faces.

We pray in the name of your beloved son Jesus, empowered by your Holy Spirit, who live and reign with you, one God for ever and ever.

May our prayers call down sustaining graces upon them, providing for them through this day to come. May the power of love carry them through this day and strengthen them to bear their crosses. I emailed Diane this morning, having had an email from her this week. The email was a prayerful one, but am hoping to hear personal news. She usually says how much she misses everyone…

Loving God we continue to commend Diane to Your great mercy and healing.

A Novena Prayer to the Sacred Heart of Jesus
Sacred Heart of Jesus, we know that there is but one thing impossible to You: to be without pity for those who are in suffering or distress. Look down on us, we beg of You and grant us the grace which we humbly and earnestly implore, through the Immaculate Heart of Your most sorrowful Mother to whom You confided us as her children, and whose prayers are all powerful with You. Amen.
