Desperately worried for my son and his choices in life

Merciful God , I ask you , both humbly and sincerely to watch over Teresa’s youngest son,Tom , and keep him safe . Lord , please continue to help him , and guide him to make the right choices in his life . Please help him to realise and be sorry for the distress and worry he is causing his mother , my very dear friend Teresa , Help him grow in maturity in his life , and accept responsibility both for himself and for his lovely young children .Please help , comfort and sustain his mother in her worry , despair and distress. I ask this of You , Merciful God , trusting in Your love and compassion . Amen .

Blessed Mother of Our Lord Jesus Christ , I plead with you to pray and intercede for Teresa’s son Tom , and also for Teresa . Amen .

I went to mass today. At the Blessed Sacrament, I asked for tom to be healed.

tbcrawford, I pray for your son wherever or whatever situation he may be in at this point. I sympathize with you and what it must feel like for a mother to suffer at the hands of their children. We watch them grow, we try to guide and protect as much as we can, but then the world comes into play. Unfortunatley we cannot be there at every crossroad. I pray for you, that you as a mother get some comfort and continue to keep your faith throughout your troubles. You are so kind to faithfully pray for others and may God shower graces upon you for that and for your son. May he wake up and realize God’s power and beauty. I understand that feeling of thinking that jail or prison may just save their lives. I feel that way currently about my son’s father right now. If we can just get him off the streets, maybe he can stop and reflect enough to see clearly the love God has. The world has him captive right now. I pray for you and empathize with your fears.
