I hope the link work, Sad news for the Catholic Community for Detroit to loose a beacon and symbol of the Catholic Church in Detroit and beyond. Driving down I-75, it is always been an inspiration to see the steeple rise up before, in line with the view of the Ren Cen, as if to say what comes first is the Church. One of my favorite pictures at home.

What!? It was something I was hoping to see after I’ve moved to Michigan. Why must the weather be so destructive?
