Nice picture Alex. Thanks! Here is a photo of the Christmas Day Mass. Note the three sacred ministers characteristic of a Solemn High Mass.
Geez oh man, Diane. You make me realize how badly I need reading glasses!Who are the sacred ministers pictured? And, is it possible I recognize an altar boy or two who may sometimes be at Grotto or Ss. Cyril & Methodius?
Good man. It shouldn’t be any other way or it would distract people at some of the most solemn moments. My preference is to always catch the elevation. Can you imagine if the flash went off?Fr. Borkowski allows no flash photography. He told me this personally.
Well Bob would be kneeling at this time because it is the consecration. In the Christmas photo, I think I see Bob going through the door with the basket, but I may be wrong.
Y’all come!
Dave
I’m a Fr. Ben fan!Fr. Ben fans: He will be the celebrant at St. Josaphat on Jan. 29 and Feb. 19.

I read on masstimes.org that St Josaphat has a noon Mass on Thursdays. Is that right? What kind of Mass is it?
Also, I haven’t been to Canada in many years. So if I wanted to visit St Michael’s, what kind of ID will I need?**

The noon Thursday Mass is a normal English Novus Ordo Mass. However there is benedictions and Novena in honor of Our Lady of Czestochowa. Feel free to come to this mass and recieve special blessings from Jesus and Mary.
As far as Canada is concerned you should bring a passport and/or birth certificate.
