A sea of devotees flooded the streets of Manila yesterday to join the biggest religious procession in the country, despite the government’s earlier announcement of a possible terrorist attack by Al Qaeda.

A massive crowd trooped to the Quirino Grandstand in the morning to attend a Mass and participate in this year’s celebration of the Feast of the Black Nazarene.
