I would like to enhance my prayer life and it seems that having a devotion would be of benefit. What options do I have as a devotion and can I have more than one?

Some devotions that I ran into are:
-Mary
-Divine Mercy
-Sacred Heart of Jesus

There are literally dozens of options for devotions. You can have more than one, but it’s better to have one or two and do them regularly than to be all over the map with them.

The Rosary and the Divine Mercy are very popular devotions.

Adoration!

The first and best devotion.

Every other devotion is subservient to adoration of the Lord - and in fact can be carried out in His presence.

Regarding Adoration of Christ in the Most Blessed Sacrament:
Spending Time With Jesus Is Never A Waste Of Time
“Even for you this remains a struggle. There are so
many lesser things that pull you away, that eat up your time, that put
stumbling blocks in the path of your coming to be with Me. Learn to
recognize these obstacles for what they are. Some of them are your own
doing; others are the work of the Evil One; still others come from the
ordinary cares of life in a world that has forgotten how to be still in
My presence. Do not let yourself be stopped by any of these things.
Learn to come to Me quickly, generously, and gladly. I wait for you in
the Sacrament of My love, and you will not be disappointed in coming to
Me. This is really all I ask of souls…that they come to Me. And I will
do the rest.”

Catechism
1674 Besides sacramental liturgy and sacramentals, catechesis must take into account the forms of piety and popular devotions among the faithful. the religious sense of the Christian people has always found expression in various forms of piety surrounding the Church’s sacramental life, such as the veneration of relics, visits to sanctuaries, pilgrimages, processions, the stations of the cross, religious dances, the rosary, medals,178 etc.
The norms on indulgences list very many actions for perfection of charity. There are four general norms:
  • Raising the mind to God with humble trust while performing one’s duties and bearing life’s difficulties, and adding, at least mentally, some pious invocation.
  • Devoting oneself or one’s goods compassionately in a spirit of faith to the service of one’s brothers and sisters in need.
  • Freely abstaining in a spirit of penance from something licit and pleasant.
  • Freely giving open witness to one’s faith before others in particular circumstances of everyday life.
