From my research, I believe you to be incorrect. The arms of John Paul I feature a winged lion, 3 stars on a field of blue, and a difficult-to-describe structure of 6 oblong shapes. In addition, I do not believe that in a papacy of 33 days, there would have been time to create such a garment with John Paul I’s arms.The arms are those of John Paul I.

…The mitre was one that belonged to Benedict XV, and it was worn by John Paul I at his Inauguration–and had a medallion/applique of his coat of arms placed on the lappets. The mantle is indeed one of Bl. John XXIII.
