Did Jesus Always Have the Spirit

Reading the Gospel of John and noticed that the Spirit descends upon Jesus at His baptism. Hoping to get a Catholic perspective as to whether Jesus had the Spirit before His baptism purely out of curiosity. Thanks.
 
Two natures. The Holy Spirit descended upon His human nature.

EDIT: His two natures are not indistinguishable. Rather, they are inseparable.

Christ’s Baptism was not necessary. But it was an opportunity to reveal the Trinity: The Father in the voice from heaven, the Son in the Jordan and the Holy Spirit in the form of the descending dove.
 
In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God. John 1:1

I like to think of the Trinity as a spoken word. A person speaks by expelling air and forming it into sounds that are the shape of a word. The Father speaks by sending the Spirit in the shape of the Word.

The Word was in the beginning. The Word became flesh when the Spirit filled Mary. The Word was spoken aloud publicly when the Spirit filled Jesus at his baptism. Always the Spirit and the Word are one with the Father. Sometimes we hear.
