Jesus too must have gone after women after he was relieved from the cross. He was a man and not any angel. The controlled desire for the opposite sex is not any sin. Jesus was a man and a prophet too. The prophets before him had married and led a good married life. There is no harm to Jesus if he also married and brought up a family.
No one said He was an angel.
No one said it was a sin to have a desire for the opposite sex.
It is a sin though to desire another man’s wife, and here are a few other commandments he broke:
SIX: ‘You shall not murder.’
SEVEN: ‘You shall not commit adultery.’
EIGHT: ‘You shall not steal.’
NINE: ‘You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.’
TEN: ‘You shall not covet your neighbor’s house; you shall not covet your neighbor’s wife, nor his male servant, nor his female servant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, nor anything that is your neighbor’s.’
All of the above mohammed did and encouraged his followers to do against those who disagreed with them.
Christ summed up beautifully what we should do and while mohammed changed that message when he started his murdering rampages, and stole loot, property and people to enslave.
**“Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?” Jesus replied: " ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments" (Matthew 22:36-40). **
planten;4623040:
While my prophet Muhammad is being abused constantly, illegally by a Catholic, i have the right to at least expose some wrong ideas of the Catholics.
It is not illegal to question mohammed and his sinful ways, his self-proclaimed prophethood, and his numerous false claims. It is illegal in muslim countries - but not in our countries.
It is not a sin to do so either. It is not a sin to question islam.
how can we bash mohammed? He does it so beautifully all by himself if you read the koran and hadiths. All we do is show you what is in those texts.
That is
0, the belief of the original sin,
- that even one day born child is a sinner.
- that it is a sin for the husband and wife to mate.
- That it is bad for Mary to have any sex ever in her life. Why is that? Even after giving birth to Jesus, it is believed by the Catholics that Mary never entered into sex affair with Joseph the Carpentar. The names of her children are mentioned in the bible NT. Still Catholics do not like that Mary have any sex affair. Yet Catholics are ready to abuse our prophet Muhammad.
- That God begat Jesus. But we know that Mary begat Jesus. So who begat Jesus?
- Did Mary ever say that Jesus was the son of God? It was most essential that her testimony be taken about Jesus as to whose son he was. But we do not see any word from Mary on this subject. The Catholics have confused the matter of the birth of Jesus beyond understanding.
None of these are wrong - illegal or sinful to question either.
Why is it that you think it is ok to do such a thing to others, but not to think that we should have the right to do the same?
Take note the differences in the issues that you have and the differences we have.
- We question a thug who sets himself up as a prophet, and then kills, steals, enslaves, lusts, tortures, etc people and you worry about whether or not Jesus married and had a kid.
- mohammed redefined sin because he was so sinful and you worry about our belief in original sin. Instead of wondering why mohammed had to redefine sin and questioning how could murdering, or supporting such behavior, is holy.
Catholics do not really know whose son is Jesus. Joseph the Carpentar is also very much in the field. But he is also being denied any duty as a husband of Mary. Why is that? The Catholics want that the world believe whatever they say (they wish). Also that the world believe all the abuse they throw on the best of all mankind i.e. Prophet Muhammad.
At least no Muslim will praise the Catholics attitude which is full of hatred. I admit that there are some good persons amongst the Catholics too. But one bad fish can spoil the whole pool.
