Respectfully… an ignorant statement.
But, sadly, also a necessary one, since one must develop doctrines that justify one’s separation from the One True Church. Doesn’t seem to matter if they make any sense - only that they are at odds with the Catholic Church. 😦

The really odd thing is that none of these people seem to have any problem with the Orthodox Churches. That says a mouthful about them. :ehh:

As a Catholic kid … I heard the prayer/song at least a thousand times… Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee.

If, as the words indicate, Mary was without sin, the logical conclusion is that she was not in need of a Savior.

(name removed by moderator)ut?
Really? When did the Church ever teach that? Not the RCC. It has always taught that Mary was saved from Original Sin at the MOMENT of her conception. Thats why its called the Immaculate Conception.

By the way if Mary was not saved at the moment of her conception, when would you say she was saved?

Was Mary free from ALL sin, Yes she was, she was saved at the MOMENT of her conception. So sin never touched her. Where she was made free from any sin by God to be the perfect ark for the Son of God to be born.

Do you really think God would bring his Son into the world in a corrupt body?

The blood does come from the Father It is a well know medical fact, and Jesus had God’s blood in HIm.
It isn’t a heresy,
Acts 20: 28 says It’s God’s own Blood.

What you believe is a heresy.

Uh…biologically, the blood comes from the mother. There is no physically possible way for the blood to come from the father. Mother and fetus literally share a bloodstream for a while. So Jesus certainly did have Mary’s blood.
It is a well know biological fact that the blood comes from the father.
Acts 20: 28 says it is God’s own blood.

I would think that you would respect the bible a little more. Jesus had to come from the bloodline of His ancestor, David.

Where does the bible say that Jesus did not have His mother’s blood? You cannot say it unless the bible says it.

Since Jesus created His own mother, are you not actually criticizing your Lord?
It is a know biological fact that the blood comes from the father.
Jesus the man came through the line of David, Not His blood.
Acts 20: 28, Says it was God’s own blood.

I am only telling the people on this forum the facts, in ever post I reply to,I might not get many popularity votes, But neither did Jesus.

Jesus was fully God with God’s blood, And fully man with a humans body.
Check the Biblical and biological facts.

I pray that he does not follow the normal pattern of jumping in here with both guns blazing against the Catholic Church, seeking to set it straight by the power of his private interpretation. It is sad to see so many well-meaing Christians get themselves, um, “excluded” from these forums.
Since when has Acts 20: 28 been my private interpretation???.
I deal with Biblical and Greek Facts, Not mans opinions.
And in this case, Biological facts.

Wow. No human blood from Mary?

At the very least, I hope that you will concede that Jesus was, at one point, a fetus in Mary’s womb.

If you are willing to concede that point, are you suggesting that there was no placenta?
I agree that every part of Jesus’s body came from the fetus in Mary’s womb, Exept His blood, Spirit and soul

Just a minute, I am the one who is respecting the Bible, See Acts 20: 28.

I am not coming against the catholic church.
I am sorry if you think I am,
I just want to present Biblical truths, As the catholic church would expect one to.

If the catholic church doesn’t want Biblical truths, They have no right to call themselves the chuch.

I always thought the Bible was true.
See Acts 20: 28. God’s own blood.

Acts 20: 28.
I have shown you where the Bible says it was God’s blood, Can you show me where the Bible says it was Mary’s blood.

Even if the blood does come from the mother, God can still put His own blood in Mary.

Respectfully,A biological fact, And a scriptural fact actually.
See Acts 20: 28.
I always thought the Bible was true.
See Acts 20: 28. God’s own blood.
Acts 20: 28.

Thank you for that! :rotfl:

On the “biological fact” please prove your case.
On the “scriptural fact” please prove your case.

It is on you to invalidate that which is accepted by virtually all Christians (Catholics and Protestants). You will require more than a single scripture verse taken out of context to demonstrate your case. I look forward to seeing your well educated response.

I have proved Jesus’s blood was God’s blood, Acts 20: 28.
Can you prove from the Bible that it was Mary’s blood??.

Please read 2 Peter 1:20 and explain why it does not apply to you.
