I realise this is a leaked document, but is a very sad state for catholicism in Ireland at present. Needless to say the source is from a uk newspaper - I personally cannot see a levy being ‘imposed’ on catholics, but obviously with dropped numbers and the unemployment rate it was bound to occur. Unfortunately, it will no doubt fuel another church bashing rant.
