I am not claiming all are false,I am merely pointing out the Scriptures tell us not to believe every spirit, but to test everything and quoting the methods for testing as written in Scriptures. Too many people forget to “test” against the Scriputres.I’m just asking because everything I have read in your posts so far is negative. On one hand you seem to accept the possibility of prophets, apparitions etc., but on the other hand you seem to dismiss all reports of such as works of the devil. And I am wondering what apparitions you do in fact accept and how you know they are true.
Perhaps they don’t know what the Scriptures say. For whatever, reason, they begin to follow trusting feeling instead of testing, or in the case of Catholics, instead of waiting for the RC to investigate and make a decision.
