Eating None, you can easily do both
Sleeping
**Tough. Someone can’t help being sleepy, but if they can’t stay awake, they are a danger.
Maybe a time-lock on the ignition at their expense? **

That’s what I was thinking. I almost thought the OP slipped it in there as a joke… It’s not like you drive across town while sleeping, then crash…Sleeping? Is sleep-driving very common?
Being sleepy does cause accidents. I understand that, after you’ve been awake for a certain amount of time, it’s as bad as being drunk. Obviously, though, you can’t punish people for being tired.Sleeping? Is sleep-driving very common?
It is impossible to sleep and drive at once. I answered text and drive. That’s what I was thinking. I almost thought the OP slipped it in there as a joke… It’s not like you drive across town while sleeping, then crash…![]()
That’s probably because it is illegal, while the others are not, and so everybody thinks they are OK (well except sleeping anyways).Very interesng … As of today, ZERO people consider drinking and driving as the most hazardous choice & this is the one we have a laws for.
Texting Unless it is actually affecting your ability to drive, should be legal. If you get into an accident or almost get into an accident a province offense for driving without due care and attention $225 fine, unless it’s a accident causing death. In such case, a criminal charge of wreckless driving causing death punishable either by summary conviction or by indictmentWhat should be the punishment for: (while driving)
