It’s been a while since I’ve been able to get to an Extraordinary Form Mass.
(It’s an awfully long bike ride!!!)
Here’s something I’ve wondered about occasionally:
The EF Mass follows the 1962 Missal (right?).
The Sunday after Easter is Low Sunday in my “Marian Missal”.
On April 30, 2000, it was designated as Divine Mercy Sunday by Pope John Paul II.
So, do parishes that celebrate the EF exclusively ignore this new feast, or is there some accommodation by some/all parishes?
