Bless your heart, Tuscany. I am on my way to 5:00 pm Mass in less than an hour. I
will lift you up in prayer also. You have been very good to me. I have a critical divorce
mediation on the 18th. Perhaps it will go well. Even if it does not, I ask to do our Lord’s
will in all of this. Gratefully,

kaylynn7800

Kaylynn,
Even though I haven’t posted, I have still kept you in my prayers.
Praying everything goes well for you on the 18th.
Stay strong and may God keep you close.

Dear Holy Mother, please intercede for us.

may all who keep your sacred commemoration
experience the might of your assistance.
Amen.

tuscany: I thought about my thread last night, esp. about T. Crawford and yourself. So
I was pleasantly surprised to see your prayer for me. When you think you are fighting the
good fight by yourself, someone is always there to affirm you. The CAF has meant a lot to my spiritual and emotional life since this crisis. I pray I conduct myself with calm and
dignity, and my appreciation for your goodness and kindness continues. Have a blessed day.

With gratitud4e,

Kaylynn7800,
You and your husband are in my prayers as well. With God all things are possible. An absolutely amazing resource to help you navigate this difficult road is the book The Gift of Self by Maria Pia Campanella.

It can be found for only $8 at Mary’s Advocates website.

Saint Helena, Saint Monica, Saints Louis and Zelie Martin and Saint Joseph, please pray for Kaylynn and her family.

LOVE SO AMAZING

FCGeorge - thank you so much for the resource information and the gift of prayer. I never
take this for granted. My heart is in my mouth about a mediation that is finally taking place on Friday. I feel nervous because I have not seen my husband in five mos. The last
time I saw him things were angry and escalated. I am praying for the poise and grace to
best deal with things this time. I ask your prayers also for the two attorneys that are involved that they are fair and just. God bless you, friend.

Tuscany: I am so devastated. The private mediation was a complete impasse and is
being referred to the court so they can set trial. I ask the Dear Lord: did I fail you this
badly, Lord? Is this my purgatory? what would you want next from me, Lord? My husband is someone I do not now know, and perhaps never did. How could I have been
deceived this badly for over 30 years? Please pray fervently so I accept whatever the
Master sends me. My next court appearance is set for Jan. 29 - the judge will make a
decision about the trial there. Holy Mother of God, pray for God’s servant.

Tuscany: thank you for your continued prayer. My priest told me yesterday - “remember,
nothing is impossible with God”. I will continue to remember all of CAF in my intentions
as well. I am grateful for your steady and patient support. I will let God work these next
several days at his desire.

Tuscany - I look at that beautiful prayer. “Soften those with hardened hearts.” We had
a courthouse conference yesterday as an update to progress on this heinous divorce. I was watching all the people living out the drama of their lives on the Family Law floor. So
many needless divorces, so much stress on the faces. I was watching one family case before mine which was all about visitation rights between two spouses. I tried not to eavesdrop, but while reading my book I could hear all the anger and despair in the family
& friends’ voices. I guess the one saving grace is that no children will be affected from the fallout in my particular case. Still it is no consolation to see your spouse shoot hate-filled looks across the room. Where did this kind of bitterness get conjured up??

Our trial date has been set for May 23. I feel as thought the Lord Jesus has granted me a small victory by allowing me to stay in my home for a few more months. Hopefully, a long-term solution will be made clear to me. However, I want to tell you it is the chorus of prayer on CAF that has gotten me thus far. I remember back in the Fall when I could barely muster the energy to get out of bed and begin my day, and there you were to
support me in thought and prayer. I don’t think I have received any greater good than
the benefit of your prayer and those of the many prayer warriors. All praise and thanks-
giving be yours from our dear Jesus (and, of course, myself). My gratitude is never
ending. You have brought me far, friend. Thank you most sincerely for your time and
kind efforts.

**:grouphug: I just wish we could give you a big hug and make your pain better.

I pray for you daily, and please know that even though you may not understand
the why of all that is happening, that God is always there at your side.
Continue to lean on Him when you need to. God Bless you Kaylynn**

tuscany, I just returned from Mass and saw your lovely message on my thread. I have
all of the forty days of Lent to concentrate in prayer about my direction come June. I
am perplexed about whether to stay in this community where I have the most terrific
parish. Or two explore another city and make a fresh start? I don’t want to be reckless.
I put everything entirely in the hands of Our Lady and her Son. Continue your prayers for
all of the Forums. You are a Godsend to our lives. Blessings and hugs,

kaylynn7800

Once again, I would request your generous feedback and prayers on a marriage in
severe crisis. After no communication for two months, I made an initial goodwill offer
to my spouse who is suing me for divorce. His cattle dog is the only thing in the marriage
that he values (he has left me and the Church behind).

I had a Church function and offered him visitation with the dog which meant allowing him
to enter the house and leave with the animal. Everything went pretty well. Seemed
appreciative, but in the same breath he has ignored discovery of assets by my attorney.
He has paid the mortgage, but has cut off all cash since the end of August. I invite
the Holy Spirit to counsel me and offer praise, honor and glory forever. My parish
family has been so warm and inviting to me - I honor them in this memo as well.

Tuscany, so glad you visited my thread with your inspiring prayer. When I see a notifica-
tion it lifts me up in spirit so much. I went on an outing with my parish friends yesterday
driving far across the state to attend Mass and tour a popular seminary. I so want to be
with good friends who raise my spirits and have such hope for me. It gives me confidence
in this seventh month to see how far my cause has come. May Almighty God return every hope, prayer and blessing you send my way. I wish a beautiful weekend to a beautiful soul in the Forums.

tuscany: you have served my soul well with all the grace you have summoned up in
constant prayer for me and my situation. I attribute all the strength and progress I
have made these eight mos. directly to the cause of prayer from CAF. It is a working of
the kindness of Almighty God. I have so involved myself in my parish this Lent and giving
all I can back in gratitude to the Lord. Know that your name comes to my mind, and that
the thousands of prayers you have said for other s will certainly be your salvation in eternity. I send you peace, joy and love which only Holy Week can bring.

**Kaylynn,

God bless you for your very kind words.

You know friend, YOU ARE GOING TO BE JUST FINE, I KNOW IT.
You are getting out of yourself and doing God’s work. Yes, you have gone through so very much these last eight months, and you have done it with dignity and grace. You see the need all around us for those who are so much worse off than we are, and you are God’s hands in doing these things.

You could have turned inward and become angry and bitter, but you chose not to. You chose to turn outward, and to forget yourself and do things to help others. The love you are showing others help to heal them, and in healing them, we start to heal ourselves.

May God keep near to you, and bless your very kind heart. **

tuscany: you saying that meant so much to me. It is very difficult to be objective about
oneself. My saving grace is that I had close ties to my parish, and their arms all reached
out to me. They would not let me be consumed with self-pity. The world is full of wonderful people, when bad things happen, who just lift you right up!
