I would absolutely suggest that Elijha denied Jesus as God. From my perspective, that’s a no brainer. May translation says redeemed from the power of the netherworld. But either way, I don’t see it having anything whatsoever to do with Jesus. Or any specific individual for that matter., It is comparing the wicked and fools who think they can redeem their souls with money/earthly things to the righteous person, I think. I’ll look at it again.Psalms 49:15 - But God will rescue me; he will save me from the power of death.
