Do you actually remember how much your kids weighed at birth?

My parents state that i weighed 12 pounds when i was born lol. My dad said, you looked like a little bull

My mom (age 76) can tell you the weight and height of all 12 of her children at birth.

Our two sons:

6 pounds 8 oz Born 3 weeks early

8 pounds 12 oz Born 2 weeks early
 

  1. *]9 lb 8 oz
    *]9 lb 7 oz
    *]11 lb 10.4 oz
    *]8 lb 10 oz
    *]10 lb 0.4 oz
    *]Hopefully smaller than baby 3

    Baby 1 was born at 38 weeks and baby 5 was born 1 day before his due date, everyone else was born between 40-41 weeks.
 
7Lb 11 oz…nearly 7 years old now! Love her dearly. She is my right arm

I heard “when we think about how hard we fought to keep you alive, and THIS is the thanks we get?” a lot when I was growing up.

I was 9 lbs when I was born. Now I’m 5’5" and 110 pounds. I was overweight when I was born, and now I’m under average height and underweight (Though I’m sixteen so I may grow a few more inches). Funny how things work out that way. 😃
 
I remember them all.
  1. 8 Lbs 9 1/2 oz
  2. 8 Lbs 2 oz
  3. 9 lbs 14 oz
  4. 8 Lbs 10 oz
5.8 lbs 14 oz
  1. 9 lbs 8 oz
  2. 8 Lbs 6 oz
  3. 7 Lbs 6 oz and flew into the nurse’s hands,lol

3 and 5 are stepchildren,but I love them as my own.​

7lbs10.5oz born 10 days early
7lbs5oz born 4 days late.

But to be fair all this has happened in the last 4 years.:eek:😉
 
I remember #1 and #6 because they were the same: 6-15

The others were all in the 7’s I think.

Good point, mine were all less than 8 years ago. If yours were a long time ago it might make a difference!
 
1993–5 lbs., 15.8 oz. 20.25 inches long

1998–7 lbs, 6 oz. 24.5 inches long

2000–7 lbs, 4 oz. 20 inches long

2001–7 lbs, 2 oz. 21 inches long

2004–7 lbs, 11 oz. 22.5 inches long (and believe it or not, he already loves to play with dice! It’s how I taught him counting and addition)

2006–7 lbs, 13.7 oz. 22 inches long

2008–8 lbs, 3.5 oz. 23 inches long

2013–9 lbs, 8.9 oz. 19.5 inches long

Of course I remember them all, they lived under my heart and grew there for 9+ months…and what’s worse I had to deliver them all…naturally…no meds…and I’m only 5 feet tall. 24 inches is a LONG baby for someone this short. Talk about heartburn! And yes, I would do it all again, and maybe in the future I will.
 
2001-8#14 oz born 3 days late
2003-8#6oz born I week early
2005-7#11oz born 3 days early
2008-7#14oz born 9 days early
2010-7#14oz born 3 days late
2012-8#3oz born 5 days early

I would have to look up lengths, but I think I will always remember weights - very special memories.
 
It’s been 12 years, but I won’t ever forget that DD was 1 lb 14 oz at birth. Her 7 year old brother was 8 lb 1oz.
