Do you believe in luck?

I donā€™t believe in luck/random chance. All things that exist, exist in God and are either part of his ordaining will or his permitting will (Matt 10:29). If even our hairs are numbered Iā€™m sure even a leaf doesnā€™t fall without God willing it.

Only from mankindā€™s perspective is there such a thing as luckā€¦ Providence is really what is at work that we mistake for luck.

In that case God is directly responsible for every natural disaster.

You are mistaking the things that God ordains, decrees and allows.
God is in ultimate control, but he is not the First Cause of evil. God can use Secondary Causes, such as the case of Pharoah, to work out his will.
 
Also, the biggest crime ever committed, the betrayal of our Lord by Judas, was in fulfillment of prophecy. Judas was a Secondary Cause, yet it worked out for Godā€™s will.

As far as natural disasters are concerned, scripture tells us the even creation is groaning, waiting the adoption of Godā€™s people to be finally fulfilled at Christā€™s appearance again.

Mankind introduced sin into the worldā€¦ since the Fall, natural disasters have taken place. Is God responsible for that? He did allow it, though. The lamb was slain from the foundation of the world for good reason.

8 And all the dwell upon the earth adored him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb, which was slain from the beginning of the world. Revelation 13:8

If you look throughout scripture, we see the hand of the Lord using everything to fulfill his ultimate purpose, whether it was ordained, decreed or allowed.

I believe there is Good Luck. This is where God blesses you and makes something good happen to you.

Not all the effects of secondary causes are willed by God.

Not all coincidences are Christ-incidences!

Very true which is why I believe the only thing God is said to permit is sin. The book explains it better; I really recommend checking it out if youā€™re able to. I personally cannot see how we can assigne a moral view to a natural disaster. I mean as the scriptures say God causes his sun to rise upon the good and the bad and it rains on the just as well as the unjust (Matthew 5:45). To say that God does not control the weather, seasons, or even the very elements which make up your body is in my opinion, wrong. Not even a hair on my head will parish unless it is willed by God. Just read the story of Job in where natural disasters, diseases, etc. weā€™re all from the hand of God. And what did Job say regarding this mystery? The Lord gave, and the Lord hath taken away: as it hath pleased the Lord so is it done: blessed be the name of the Lord. šŸ‘ I mean was the flood not caused by God?
