Special power in the way of consecration if the eucharist or confession? Sure. Special powers in the realm of opinion or theology. Nope.
 
You mean like in the sense that they can celebrate the sacraments (absolve sins, confect the Eucharist, anoint, etc.)? Absolutely. This is infallible doctrine, and the salvific mission of the Church kind of depends upon it. If you mean like the power to fly and jump over large buildings then no, however the priest who served as dean at my high school had the ability to see behind him and shoot death rays from his eyes (at least that’s what it felt like).

Transubstantiation: Saying words over bread wafers and wine and converting them into physical flesh and blood, yet maintaining the form and sensory appearance of bread wafers and wine.

I would say the above certainly qualifies.

Integration into one of these bodies in the Church was accomplished by a rite called ordinatio , a religious and liturgical act which was a consecration, a blessing or a sacrament. Today the word " ordination " is reserved for the sacramental act which integrates a man into the order of bishops, presbyters, or deacons, and goes beyond a simple election, designation, delegation, or institution by the community, for it confers a gift of the Holy Spirit that permits the exercise of a “sacred power” ( sacra potestas )5 which can come only from Christ himself through his Church. Ordination is also called consecratio , for it is a setting apart and an investiture by Christ himself for his Church. The laying on of hands by the bishop, with the consecratory prayer, constitutes the visible sign of this ordination.

That’s not, however: 1.) clericalism, 2.) to say a Priest is sinless, perfect or somehow in possession of superstitious powers, or 3.) anything more than a person.

They are simply ordained. That is their power. The rest comes from God working through them.

Even Priest who have actually “healed” people will step back and say they didn’t do anything.

How it works - we dont know… It’s a mystery only the Holy Spirit comprehends.

The Priest has no special powers. Any powers are of the Holy Spirit conferred through the Priest.

It is not the Priest that transforms the bread and wine into the Body and Blood of Christ, the Holy Spirit does that.

It is not the Priest that forgives your sins, it is God through the Holy Spirit which does the forgiving. Does the Priest really know if you are contrite when making your confession? One could be lying to the Priest and simply going through the motions. Just because the Priest says your sins are forgiven doesn’t necessarily make it so. God knows if you are sincere in your confession and will forgive accordingly.

Priests are men, just like the rest of us, no better or worse, they simply were called to serve in a different manner then us.

There are charismata, for example, of government: special gifts bestowed on the rulers of the church for the faithful exercise of their authority.
 
When in confession, the priest says “your sins are forgiven.” they are forgiven.
