His name is Paul and I do call him Pauly most of the time. He calls me Pook most of the time. Weâve done it for so long we do it in public without even thinking.
that is what i often call my hubbyPookieâŚ
:ehh:IMHO, if husbands/wives want to have pet names for each other, those should be used behind closed doors - NOT in public.
Snookums kissy face pookie bear cuddle bug ooncy face. BLEH.
to each his own:thumbsup:UGH! No way - we both find that kind of thinging. We have very few friends who do this - and neither of our sets of parentâs do either. My mom actually calls my dad by their last name, my dad calls my mom a one syllable shortened version of her full name.

We call our daughter Beans, too. I used to call her Beano when she was a baby, but I didnât realize that it was anti-gas, so I stopped when I found that out.He recently started calling me âBeanaâ as it rhymes with my first name, Sina. He calls me Beansters, BeansâŚ
Never married, so no spouse. But cats, yup
Tyler, Pearly, Conway, Czarina, Max, Silver, and Fluffy. The last three are still alive. And of course I call them cute names when I am petting them.![]()
Both DH and I call each other âsweetieâ or "darlinâ ". We also reserve our actual full names for times ofâŚum⌠displeasure or strangely enough the oppositeâŚextra special times.
My DH also refers to me as âmy brideâ which I really loveespecially as we will be celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary this year.
