Wonderful! Please report back on your journeySpend as much time as I can in the gym, have done since my early 20’s and I reckon its paid off. I lift weights to try get some definition but concentrate on aerobics as hoping to walk the
Camino de Santiago in August. Ladies I recommend it and it’s good to see lots my age and even older there, good for mind, body and friendship.
Will be a pleasure, walking late August. No more kids at home and got to do these things when the body is still able. Thanks Lisa.Wonderful! Please report back on your journey

Don’t know why, but I never would have guessed this in a million years. Respect.I weight train and swim.
This is one of the reasons why I love to lift. My mind switches off all the stresses for a while. It’s just about the only time my mind ever switches off actually. I find it next to impossible to think about much when I lift heavy. Lifting heavy engages the mind so much…if you’re not thinking clearly about lifting, there’s no way you can pull a big dealift off the floor, or push out of the bottom of a heavy squat. His job can be stressful and weightlifting provides a bit of a pressure relief valve.
