I know you have to pray every day but does god want me to spend a hour with him every day. Today I got a headache so would it be a sin not to spend time with him today?

It is so good that you are a young person and want to spend time with the Lord every day. That is as it should be. Keep it up and you will be guided by the Lord. As others have pointed out, there are many ways to be with God, doing His will.Does it matter what age you are im 13 years old
Of course! God designed the family. It is specially helpful when families get into the habit of praying together. How about spending time with family, isnt that gods will . Can that also be a way to spend time with god
Very true Ready! I think God appreciates it either way you pray just as long as you acknowledge Him. Waking up in the morning saying a 5 or 10 min prayer and doing so again before bed is good. You really should spend at least 10 minutes in mental prayer every day conversing with God and letting him speak to your heart. Don’t neglect to do so. Thirty minutes should be your goal, if not a full hour of mental prayer. And don’t forget to your morning and evening prayer. Vocal prayer at these times is beneficial. God bless you.
Yes, we should pray to God, Mary, the Saints and Angels as much as possible throughout the day while keeping busy and doing our daily duties as perfectly as possible Short aspirations to God and Mary are excellent. And we should never neglect to pray our daily Rosary. Yes, novenas and chaplets are good to pray too. Of course, Mass is a must. (I go to a traditional Chapel. I won’t go anywhere else.) God bless you.Very true Ready! I think God appreciates it either way you pray just as long as you acknowledge Him. Although, try to attend mass during the week, or adoration, praying the rosary or any novena and chaplet is good too. God appreciates all of this. When we talk to God throughout the day, we allow the Holy Spirit to dwell in us and then we can also be more clear in making the right choices.
God bless!
