or mohammed , and a Joseph Smith and etc.So there is millions of miracles and demons being cast out on the streets , and where evil riegns, even in the ghetto’s and in the whore , house , drug house we lay hand on the drug addicts and prostitutes and demon filled people get set free in the name Of Jesus not in the name of some society or religion or a pope
Yeah it is, and that’s one reason that you need to back up off that anti-Catholic rhetoric and then start to actually find out what is going on in the Catholic Church, that, as I’ve already pointed out, you are unaware of. We’ve been doing spiritual warfare for 2,000 years and long before the reformation or any of their modern descendants (like you) came along.God Kingdom is bigger and better than some organization Catholic or prostestant , or whatever hear it claim it religions
I think that you are reading to many Jack Chick tracts. I mean that comment as no offense to you, just an observation. Your above statement shows a lack of knowledge of the Catholic faith. You limit Jesus and God to some little so called holy area or put them in a box, what a shame to the gospel of Christ.
Thern doing all those things above that you mention is true religion, or religious.Catholics are known for their charities.
I belong to the Columbiettes and we are involved in helping some local charities.
My husband belongs to the Knights of Columbus and just this past weekend, he and the other Knights assisted an older man and his wife to clean debris in his overgrown yard.
My church’s youth group also does charity work.
Could you please give me an example-without quotting scripture- of what testing God means to you? I am confused as to your point. Are you saying that I should say to God, do this, and expect him to obey or are you referring to something else?
By the way, are you claiming that you are without sin?
We are. That Catholic church is extremely biblical.
I thought you are more Catholic following of the CCC, or magisteriums, and Council of treat follower than the bible, because it is claim only a pope can understand and interpretate the bible which catholic are forbidden to do, by your rules and church laws under legalism?
But correct me if I am wrong.
Sorry if it seems like I am offensive, and it might seem so to some people , but that is mostly common by all who reject what ever someone else belives is true.I don’t know where you get off saying that we do anything in the name of the pope or religion. What Catholics do, we do in the name of thr Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. You’re dead wrong here and again, you need to close the mouth and open the eyes and ears.
You make a lot of statements, and again you don’t know anything about what goes on among Catholics. If this is going to be the nature of most of your posts here at CAF, I fear you may be on the short term membership plan since it’s pretty offensive to allege all this stuff that is simply not true.Yeah it is, and that’s one reason that you need to back up off that anti-Catholic rhetoric and then start to actually find out what is going on in the Catholic Church, that, as I’ve already pointed out, you are unaware of. But you wouldn’t know that and so far as I can tell you don’t even care because you seem to want to preach your rhetoric rather than discuss or learn what is happening in our most holy faith.
Like I said, be still, and listen, and learn. You see…Jesus is busy here.
Pax tecum,

Pax tecum,
But your interpretation doesn’t.But the written word of God have final authority over an tradition, or a man made rite or legalism.
We follow those and the Bible. Those sources don’t teach things that contradict the Bible, properly understood.
I thought you are more Catholic following of the CCC, or magisteriums, and Council of treat follower than the bible,
That’s not a claim of the Catholic Church.because it is claim only a pope can understand and interpretate the bible
We’re not forbidden to interpret. Most of the doctors of the Chuch (i.e., theologians who’ve interpreted the Bible and whose views are important to the Church) were not popes. The only thing Catholics are forbidden to do is to elevate our own interpretations above the interpretation of the Church.which catholic are forbidden to do, by your rules and church laws under legalism?
You stand correctedBut correct me if I am wrong.
But my interpretations work, and they are faithful , and manifest, so I must be doing something right and demons and satan hate my interpretations. But your interpretation doesn’t.

Wonderful if you have seen good things come from your work! But my interpretations work, and they are faithful , and manifest, so I must be doing something right and demons and satan hate my interpretations.
You have stated a common misconcepton of the Catholic Church.

Thanks for that your commit and for pointing out those errors.Jeremy
The reason why Evangelist mentioned was not that he picked something to shun Catholic, even i myself saw some of the threads here in this forum that they are Catholics who claimed that only the Pope have the authority to interpret the bible, the rest (protestant) does not have such privileage and what so ever interpretation the some protestant has with the guidence throught Holy Spirit is also not true. Because Catholics will always argue that how would Holy Spirit gives different interpretation to different group of pple!!! To what i know, if we read bible for twenty over time, the message to you will be different each and everytime you read it, addressing to different issues you face in lifes. How would bible interpretation be forever the same!!! If that’s the case, i would rather say God never give revelation to such churches!!!
You have me wrong on this again!Wonderful if you have seen good things come from your work!
Within the Catholic church there are miracles also. WHen a miracle is committed though, the Church takes an unusual position. It tries to debunk the miracle! If it can not, and only after serious study, is an act considered a miracle
I’m certain that demons and satan hate the Catholic Church, also.
Have you researched and study bible led Charismatic Pentecostals? You have stated a common misconcepton of the Catholic Church.
Yes, we can interpretate certain sections of the bible. Take Genesis, for example, the Church has said that we must believe that the soul didn’t evolve and that there was a fall. Other then that we are free to view the biblical account of creation however we see fit.
I have been in Protestant churches, whose pastors claim that only their interpretation of the bible is correct and that anyone who disagrees with the pastor is not a Christian. I see this behavior as being no different then what we Catholics are accused of practicing.
Let me say here that I know that most Protestants are not so hardlined. The ones most likely to accuse the Catholic church as not being free enough with personal interpretation are the ones most likely to be very strict with what they view as the correct way to interpret bible verses.
I hope all that made sense.
And how much if any of the Bible (OT or NT) do you think Abel, Enoch, Noah and Abraham had available to them? Barely a single word. Did they have faith? Certainly. In God and in his WORD (Jesus Christ and his saving power - in anticipation of his coming) which are much more important than the ‘words’ that have been written down or told to us in the BibleYou have me wrong on this again!
I am not talking about a miracle, I am talking about the faith that works.
They are two different issues.
Miracles are not promised to us, but faith and God Word is a promise to us and will not turn void, so it must work everytime for sure, unless God is a liar.
Healing is a process, not a miracles!
But before I continue , please don’t convict me of teaching, as many do when they are caught in an error on Catholic boards, I am just correcting what is wrong, and something we both can see the error together here.
Faith is not a miracle, as you might think according to the bible.
But because the belief in someone faith might be great , the manifestation brought out into this world might look like a miracle , because this world does not understand the spiritual way , and principle of faith.
Heb:11:1: Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
Heb:11:2: For by it the elders obtained a good report.
Heb:11:3: Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.
Heb:11:4: By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaketh.
Heb:11:5: By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.
Heb:11:6: But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
Heb:11:7: By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith.
Heb:11:8: By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went.
But when people don’t use the bible The Words of faith , of cource biblical faith won’t work , but using the bible in the correct way, brings the same manifestations like above with all bible led Christians, or anointed ones who have Jesus or better to say the power , and authority in us to connect to our faith.
The fact is knowing God Words, oral or written , but the faith Words coming from God , and knowing God Spirit, to obey. And how much if any of the Bible (OT or NT) do you think Abel, Enoch, Noah and Abraham had available to them? Barely a single word. Did they have faith? Certainly. In God and in his WORD (Jesus Christ and his saving power - in anticipation of his coming) which are much more important than the ‘words’ that have been written down or told to us in the Bible
