lol…God told us in holy Quran ’ ask those who know’ .

There must be some other reasons if some students were expelled from class.

You were expressing what many of us feel as Catholics, as it is not a part of our faith to attack anyone for their beliefs. We have been taught otherwise. I myself felt that way for some time, but events in the past years have made my stance change significantly…especially where islam is concerned.

I HATE that decent Muslim people are trapped in a false and cheap immitation of the truth, under penalty of death. In the 7th century A.D. (after Christ), Mohammed himself, declaring the Jews and Christians were in error, stated he was rewriting the Bible and replacing Jesus with himself as the main character. It was changed in subtle and not so subtles ways in furtherance of his ambitions. First, to persuade other Arabs and then (later changed/added to) to conquer those who did not accept his version. Those are simply facts. That is the simple history of how the religion of Islam came into being.

The original Bible (Old and New Testament) says that Jesus is the son of God who died for our sins so that we could be reunited with the God of love through forgiveness. (It is satan who is the “god” of hate.) The Bible warned about false prophets and that the anti-christ denies the son. The Mosque on the old temple mount has an inscription on the gold dome that says “God has no son.”
 
The Medieval Crusades were in response to centuries of Muslim aggression to “conquer” infidel lands for Islam. There is much talk about reclaiming those lands now. Crusades were war, and all that goes along with war, but they are now portrayed not as defensive wars but as a mantra against Christianity. Meanwhile, whole populations of Christians and indigenous peoples are being exterminated and replaced with Muslims in oil rich, diamond rich, land rich Africa and there are no crusades to stop them.

**The student in question, must have asked: “Please explain rationally, the mystery of Christian Trinity’”, then ofcourse this mystery -even after 2000 years- is still a mystery to Church, let alone Muslims.

Or he may have asked: "How can Jesus be a 100%man and 100% God at the same time, when he has been eating and drinking and must have used bathrooms for ‘call of nature’?

God, who eats, drinks and go for call of nature to excrete?!!!?? Then ofcourse that student must have been expelled from class. Not a surprise at all.

They would most likely be encouraged to question and ridicule the concept of the Trinity and Jesus’ divinity (If nature is God’s idea and creation, how is that a bad thing? Keep in mind Jesus died a miserable, painful, messy, humiliating death out of love for us.) They are discouraged from questioning Islam.

There is nothing wrong in questioning islam. Once we find out what the koran and hadiths teach - we should all question why ‘moderates’ could follow a looter, a mass murderer, a marauding gangster, a pedophile, an assasin, a lustful womanizer, a liar, an enslaver, and what not.

pl. show verse from OT where the name Jesus (p) is mentioned . Bible tells u Adam (p) is son of God & there are also many sons 🤷

I have written this before and will do so as many times as needed. Since I write this to the same muslims - God created this Universe, God created the hosts of angels, God created man, God created the animals and you ask how God could do two things at once? If God can do anything I would think that doing this feat would be nothing compared to that. We didn’t get the details of how God did that, but we believe that He indeed did do it.

You guys believe that a moon is god. It is no wonder that there are no miracles involved with it. We have miracles galore that Jesus did and was witnessed by not only His apostles, but the peoples of the time. And the miracles done in His name continued after His death. mohammed had nothing, but fits and he claimed to see an angel which could have been either frontal lobe epileptic fits, or the angel Lucifer who is the Prince of Lies and could have said he was anyone. And why do I say that? Because when a ‘religion’ is founded on lies, death, and chaos - that sounds more like Lucifer than any angel from God.

I put this in the ‘ask about islam’, but maybe you should prove this here too.

Question: how do muslims prove that the Bible was corrupted? Please show the proof of the corruption and the original Bible.

Please do NOT use the koran or hadiths to prove your point. There should be an original document, or text, that they draw this assertion on.

Make sure to include the following:
-Exactly what passages, or chapters, were corrupted.
-Who corrupted the Bible and please don’t use a sweeping statement such as, ‘Christians and Jews corrupted the Bible’.
-provide the proof other than the koran and hadiths because they only have mohammed saying they are corrupted without giving any proof. And don’t say that ‘allah said, or mohammed said that the Bible is corrupted’ because that is just stuff from the koran and mohammed was an illiterate pagan who was throwing out accusations against a literate people who believe that the Bible is the Word of God and had no reason to rewrite it.

So, please provide some proof.
 
Christians are told to “turn the other cheek” means to not speak up against evil. In fact, that saying has lost some meaning. You have to stand up to evil twice in order to have both cheeks slapped. But notice, it implies standing in the way of evil and rebuking it, not hatefully killing those in your way.

Do you mean just Catholic Christians or Muslims, Jehovas Witnesses, SDAs, Mormons and Jews too have to stand up to evil twice in order to have both cheeks slapped?

The Old Testament (of the original Bible) refers to Jesus continually. In Genesis (first book of the Bible), he is the seed that crushes the head of satan. He is mentioned as the son of David who will rule forever. He is referred to as the true Paschal lamb, the sacrifice for sin. He is described as the Lord whose footstool is the world. He is called the Prince of Peace. He is compared to the stone that the builders rejected that becomes the corner stone. There are too many references to post here without copying a great part of the Bible. (Secretly read it if you really want to know.) Jesus is the only one who has fulfilled all of the centuries of prophesies about Him. He is the only one who God raised from the dead, as evidenced by the miracles done in his name to this day.

Please notice I was responding to the application of the phrase as a way to stop Christians from speaking out against Islam. Islam does not have such a phrase. Islam teaches to kill those in your way, even other Muslims who don’t support you.

What you say is merely your belief and ofcourse you can believe whatever you like.

You can even believe that your God will rent a razor from a specific naion and do so…and so with you on that Day.(just read your **Holy Bible - Isaiah 7:20 ****to find out what is so and so)

Jesus Himself said that “nothing is impossible with God.” He was always referring to acts of love and forgiveness and saying that God answers our prayers because He loves us. God is also referred to as the just judge. The Old Testament shows how God allows evil people to fight against his children to purify them and make them acknowledge their dependence on God. However, those evil people were always themselves punished and what they wickedly intended to do to others was done to them in the end.
