Received this in an e-mail, just want to warn people to be aware if it’s true where their money is going.
I know contributions come in world-wide, so yes it is for you as-well.
I know this is 2005 news here, so I’m not sure if it still sends money to these groups, if anyone knows that they do, please say.
Personally I don’t give to comic relief, but to other organizations like Trocaire, who run a Lenten campaign for the poor every year in Ireland.
Society For The Protection Of The Unborn does say that money from the so-called comic relief does go to abortion, and other similar groups, scroll down to the shame of red nose day.
