I saw the video from Bill Weise regarding his experience in hell. It is the first time I have ever heard of him. I can come up with three possibilities:
He is lying to preach what he believes to be the truth of his faith
He is a fraud and has sinned against God
He is a prophet sent by Jesus (even though I find that hard to believe).
