Do you wear any Holy metals or a scapulor?
If so what Or who inspired you to wear Holy or blessed objects?

Fivefold scapular (wool) with aluminum Crucifix and St. Benedict Medal. Sometimes I wear just the Scapular Medal for exercise. Started at first communion with the Brown Scapular and later changed to the fivefold with enrollment in three confraternities (Trinitarian, Servite, Marian).Do you wear any Holy metals or a scapulor?

There were originally just four scapulars in the Redemptorist Scapular, approved that way in 1803, and then sometime later in 1847 the fifth Red Scapular was added. A person can still be enrolled in three, since Brown Scapular is not maintaining a role anymore.Would you mind explaining to me in more detail about the five fold scalar? What exactly is it, and can you just wear it or do you need special enrollments and special prayers every day, or join some thing? Thanks.
I wear a crucifix with a miraculous medal round my neck. A brown scapular. A hardware store type chain around my wrist following St Louis De Montfort’s suggestion. And I always wear a rosary bracelet because I can’t wear anything else around my neck and I like to have a rosary handy.
