Do you wear any Holy medals or a scapular?

I wear the exact scapular/medals for exactly the same reasons.

I almost always have a St. Benedict medal with me.

I wear a St Benedict Crucifix blessed by the Benedictine monk that baptized my daughter and I. I also wear a brown scapular.

I have added extra medals to my rosaries. Others can be placed on a ribbon and hung next to or on crucifixes, religious pictures, icons. Wherever you might like a reminder.

And before burying them, consider putting them in the “free” basket in the church.

Someone once told me that you can often tell when a Catholic walks in the room because they tend to jingle. I thought that was funny. I’ve also seen some truth to it. We can amass quite a collection can’t we?

I do when I go for a run; I quite like it.

I wear mine in the shower and when I go swimming. Some of the medals will change colour and others won’t.
