Does all knowledge come from God?

Are you saying that humans can know things that do not come from God? The reason God knows all our thoughts is because He placed them within our minds.

No, I’m saying that in order for us to know something we have to work at it. Knowing in the scientific sense is the product of directed effort. Even if people are just reading about things others have done, for them to actually know what they are doing they have to work problems.

To know whether or not everything there is to know comes from God we would have to know:

1. ]everything there is to know,]everything God knows,*]then find out whether or not there is a complementary set of things that could be known but would would not be known by God.
   
   That isn’t going to happen, for reasons I’m not going to bother to enumerate.
   
   We can assume, or assert as a matter of faith, that there isn’t anything outside of what God knows, and we can feel all sorts of subjective satisfaction about our assertions or our faith, but that isn’t the same thing as knowing it. We don’t have the capacity to do that much work, now or ever.

   Yes, we have to work to ‘acquire’ certain forms of knowledge, but that is not to say that all knowledge does not come from God. We humans are full of pride, and think of ourselves as gods, when we attribute our knowledge to our own innate wit.
