NeitherTroll? or Ron Paul in disguise?
I resent that comment. Keep comments like this in the politics section please. The topic is about Kroger and meat. But since you brought up RP, I respect the manās integrity and honesty with the American people.Troll? or Ron Paul in disguise?
I think you are right. Instead of having a sticker that says from the U.S. and another that says from Canada. They just have one sticker that lets you know their product comes from one of these three places. They do that on a lot of ingredients lists, ācould contain one or more of the followingā. Does that mean they donāt know what it contains, possiblyI think it is just corporate laziness. They probably buy meat from all three countries and by using that sticker they cover their assets without having to actually be aware of which country it is.
Never attribute anything to international conspiracy when it can be attributed to corporate laziness.
I shop at Kroger A LOT ⦠2 of them are within 1 mile from my house. At both, their meat departments leaves a lot to be desired. Same with their bakery department.they have better meat than most of the other chain supermarkets
Hmmm.Light Seeker, looking at your sig I think that was St. Anselm not St. Augustine.
I agree completely. Do we really need to don our tinfoil hats over a vague label on meat?I think it is just corporate laziness. They probably buy meat from all three countries and by using that sticker they cover their assets without having to actually be aware of which country it is.
