Does God the Father have human emotions?

And God is Not Human although perhaps there is an incomprehensible quality in God where there exist a essence of Godly emotion beyond human understanding.

Not just from “human standpoint”–Catholic teaching is quite clear that God is not human, and so not subject to human emotions.
