Hello again and good morning,
wow, what I read in this thread.
opinions are fine but the accusations without substantiated proof, man that is horrible.
The fact is, the oneness that has been taught by all the Prophets of God, (peace and blessings be upon them all), they all taught ONE GOD, MONOTHEISM. Throughout everyone of them, the oneness of the Almighty God. From Adam to Mohammad.
Now, you get writers of the Bible, which God Himself did not authorize and some authors are unknown, and you place God’s signature upon them and say this is God’s word. You also have "PAUL" in 2 Timothy 2:8 where he claims that the resurrection is his own gospel. You also have all according to’s and not one book stating from Jesus himself and you claim this entire book, the Bible is from him and God and the “inspirational holy ghost”. (which are two different beings in the new testament, one being Jesus himself and the other is Jibril (Gabriel). You also get the words from historians, unknown authors’, words you claim are from the disciples of Christ (which they never wrote down with documented proof to back their claim as well), you have books from dreams~without proof to state the end, you have stories of lust, desire, sexual advances that I wouldn’t want my children to learn about etc., you have the “supposed” five books written by Moses but yet, if you read them thoroughly you will find that Moses isn’t even doin the talkin…but someone else., you have just loads and loads of things all attributed to God Himself WITHOUT HIS APPROVAL and you take it upon yourselves to give explanations as to how these words should be believed.
Now tell me, you think God would send down a message and make everyone confused? In the Bible itself it says that God is not the author of confusion lol.

I argued, debated, discussed, screamed, yelled, cried, and then prayed to the only God I knew, the God who created me and He guided me to the truth.
It isn’t hard to read the Bible with an open mind. Is just that people are so warped up in their own beliefs that everyone else to them are ****…***and they treat people like that.
Islam is not a religion of violence. Ignorance is, Arrogance is, blind following is, and most of all, satan is.
It is up to you to choose or refuse yes, free will, but you leave God out of the equation. ***You don’t think He is in control of your will??? Of course He is. *** He already knows if you will believe in Him or not. You think you are better than He??? Think God is a joke? On the Day of Judgment, everyone will be given their book of records. Every atom of weight will be and is recorded that is good and bad, so I would be very careful as to what you call or who you call God or His message.
Quran Al Imran 2:81: And (remember) when Allah took the covenant of the Prophets, saying: “Take whatever I gave you from the Book and Hikmah (understanding of the Laws of Allah, etc.), and afterwards there will come to you a Messenger (Muhammad SAW) confirming what is with you; you must, then, believe in him and help him.” Allah said: “Do you agree (to it) and will you take up My covenant (which I conclude with you)?” They said: “We agree.” *He said: “Then bear witness; and I am with you among the witnesses (for this).” *
Be careful for God is All Seeing All Knowing and All Hearing

I’m Catholic not Protestant so I don’t bother with those arguments. The Church says it, that’s it. (It is contained in the Bible but not explicitly.)how can he be the “true” God if “triune God” is not even in the bible?

In other words your belief in God’s nature, which is at the very core of your belief system is based on the church’s interpretation of vauge scriptures which can be subjectivly intepreted.
doesn’t sound very convincing to me. But of course you are free to believe what you want. Doesn’t necessarily mean it’s “True”

Surely you have brains to think for yourself right? You let the church, something that Jesus NEVER ENTERED WHILST HERE ON EARTH, do all your thinking for you? Have you ever thought that they could be wrong, or are you thinkin that many people accept this faith so it must be right? Where is the logic in this? Think that numbers play a role in your belief? Do you not care for your salvation? Do you not owe it to yourself to find the truth? Surely you can’t sit on the bench this long eh?

The Catholic faith is the true religion contrary to Mohammedanian superstition. Did you know the Quran was written by an apostate monk. (The monk of the lake in Arabic) That’s why it contains similarities to the Holy Bible. If God can be manifested in a tree as the Koran says surely He can be manifested in a man, Jesus. If He cannot He’s not almighty. You see the logic?

Trying to prove something is true by saying it again and again. But no matter how many times you repeat it it won’t become any more true than it was in the first place. how do you expect to convince anybody with that argument.

It’s fine to admit there is no convincing answer, after all Christianity is a religion of faith in the heart and not so much reason and logic. I don’t mean that to redicule or mock about your faith.

The logic is, God is above such things. He has no need to manifest to prove something to His OWN CREATIONS. He created you, so why do you think you deserve for Him to die for you??? You think that is a merciful god so you can have a god die for you because you think you are worthy of that? Wow, such big headedness if I ever heard it! This is where people DO NOT SEE THE LOGIC but act on blind following.

I disagree. It was the Catholic Church that developed western philosophy, science, eason, and theology. The Church has very well-reasoned theological doctrines that make perfect logical sense as far as I know. Although I agree, it is also a Religion of Faith in the heart.
It’s only beginning in the 1800’s that the heresies of modernism and liberalism have started to destroy the Catholic Christian foundation of western society.

This is not in Islam. According to ignorant fatwa givers, they put out what they wish. This is not in accordance with the Shaira’h laws and they have NO PROOF to substantiate this claim. I heard of this fatwa and it was from the Al Azhar University…and trust me, you must be extremely cautious of what comes out of that school.
