I’d guess about half of those speculating were opining about worlds and spirit children, the other half were speculating about other things.

Plenty of speculation = two or three dozen members, across a few decades. (Most of the speculation I encountered on discussion forums. Maybe 3-4 people maximum I’ve encountered in real life.)
Ah…so just another teaching that really was never a teaching in the long, long, long, long, long, ling, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, ling, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, ling, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, ling, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, ling, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, ling, long, long line of teachings and doctrines from "prophets’ that now the lds disavow, thus proving their prophets were never really prophets at all

I love it when Mormons prove to us that their “prophets” were not really prophets

Yes, two or three dozen members including Joseph Smith, Brigham Young, John Taylor, Joseph Fielding Smith, Spencer W. Kimball, Bruce R. McConkie, LeGrand Richards, Ezra Taft Benson, and James Talmage just to name a few.

Whom do you think you’re kidding?

Liar!

Paul (formerly LDS, now happily Catholic - what a relief!)

I was taught we would receive our own planets. Even discussed it at the MTC

just another of the plethora of different teachings that were taught and now are not…the ever-changing world of lds doctrine and teaching
That is what former Mormons have told me too. I have no doubts they have told me truth.

:tiphat: The Mormon god and Mormon prophets sure seem to change their minds a lot-eh?
