Well Iām sorry but you seem to try and hold both positions,
This is untrueā¦I have said to use moderation or a balance. To put too much attention or no attention at all are both extreme and not necessarily a good position.
on one hand you reject āattention given is attention receivedā in that, the devil prefers to hide
True, the devil does like to hideā¦he would prefer we totally ignore himā¦
and yet claim curiousity is dangerous, being in and of itself āattention given is attention receivedā resultng in curiousity killed the cat???
Yes, curiosity can be pathologicalā¦why would there be any reason to know about the going on of an exorcism. Curiosity could open you to some dangerous stuffā¦butā¦it might be a very good thing to know the reasoning behind why one becomes āpossessedāā¦
All in all for me, Iāll stick to āresist him and he will fleeā and āI shall fear no evil for the Lord is with meā ā¦
You have to know what yourāre resistingā¦there are three sources to discern anythingā¦human, divine and demonicā¦or a combination of thereofā¦you may think it is the devil, but it just may be an imperfection. You will never be able to deal with it if you always blame the devil for it!
out of mind, out of sight.
Wrong! Just because he is not in most peoplesā minds doesnāt mean he is out of sightā¦au contraire! I would heartily advise you to read St John Bosco or Padre Pio!
God Bless,
God bless you also!
