Today, Dec. 31 (New Year’s Eve) you can get a quick plenary indulgence under the usual conditions for devoutly publicly reciting* the Te Deum.
Edited to add, Links have been fixed to point to the Archived pages of the prayer site because the site apparently went down or blocked from all the traffic of people trying to access the prayer today.
And another plenary indulgence tomorrow on January 1, New Years Day, for publicly reciting the Veni Creator.
*I note that the words “Publicly recite” were replaced in the 1999 Manual with “Devoutly assist” which suggests that if a choir happens to be singing the prayer or choristers are chanting it, you can just follow along and get the same benefits, but there’s also nothing to prevent you from just saying it out loud yourself in church or another public place. In the past I have used the public sidewalk to get this type of indulgence if I couldn’t get to church.
The usual conditions are, as always:

The usual conditions are, as always:
- Be in a state of grace
- Have no attachment to sin, even venial sin (Note that this just means you sincerely intend to avoid all sin, even small sin)
- Confession within 20 days before or after saying the prayer (one confession can cover both indulgences)
- Receive Holy Communion once for each indulgence (preferably on the day of the indulgence, but can be within a few days)
- Pray for the intentions of the Holy Father once for each indulgence (preferably on the day of the indulgence, but can be within a few days).
