If I am wrong I don’t believe that it will make a difference on my relationship with God. Her relationship with God is between them. Not for me to decide. I never met her and not until I can meet God face to face will I know for sure. And if your wrong?
But what ‘truth’ are we talking about? If scripture spent no time on this issue why do we?Because we all seek the truth.
Because marriage is a human thing. Marriage is for a man and a woman, not God and woman. There is no evidence that marriage is anything but a human bond. There is no evidence that God married Mary at any time.Only if you look at marriage in the human sense as union between a man and a woman.
Union of God and man WAS Christ not His connection with Mary. Since scripture says nothing about this heavenly marriage I think you are stretching with this idea… As you state, God’s ways are not our ways, who’s to say that He would need Mary as a spouse in order for her to bear His Son?Again. You keep looking at this as if I am saying that God was a human man. I’m not, therefore I am not talking about an earthly marriage. I am speaking of the union of God and man, divinity and flesh. I’m talking about Christ.
