We don’t know any such thing. There was no “gun-grabbing.” I wish there had been. Certainly the number of people here on CAF bragging about their guns and how they would have stopped a terrorist attack and all that internet tough-guy stuff supports my point.
You have no point. Obama tried several times to build public and congressional support to put more gun controls on. If you deny that, you might not have been paying attention.
I think tougher gun control legislation to keep guns out of the hands of criminals or the mentally ill who are dangerous (I am well aware that most mentally challenged people are NOT dangerous) by, for example, closing gun-show loopholes, is one thing, while gun-grabbing is quite another. Contrary to the belief of some on CAF, Obama did not want to take guns away from law-abiding citizens.

We know that other countries, in response to one mass shooting, have been able to craft laws that almost eliminate mass shootings. Friends of ours, allies of ours – Great Britain, Australia, countries like ours. So we know there are ways to prevent it.
