So in actual point of fact, Trump didn’t link Ted Cruz’s dad to JFK assassination. It was just a relink.

:hmmm:

Really? Anyone is free to say Anything against anyone? Isn’t that breaking several commandments?
chero, my point was that if someone is going to say that “just because someone doesn’t admit something doesn’t mean it didn’t happen” that leaves the door open for me to say, for instance, " xyz was a clown." And the given is that xyz was not a clown. By the reasoning presented by an earlier poster, xyz is a clown. Because even though he didn’t admit it, it doesn’t mean it never happened.

Hence, people would be free to say whatever they want because they won’t be held accountable. They will say that that person just won’t admit it.

I don’t think I was advocating anyone should do it, or should lie, or break any commandments.

Ok, good, good, phew. I was like let’s not leave that door open. My mistake. 🤷

Agree completely. This is the straw that broke the came’ls back for me. I have officially become a #neverTrump-er. If Trump is the nominee, I will be writing in the candidate of my choice(probably Cruz) since I won’t vote for Hillary either.
I’ll vote for you and you can vote for me. At least we’re honest and sane.

yep count me #never Trump.
He has LOT of work to do to get me even to think about voting for him.
Mainly a public apology to Ted Cruz for the outrageous attacks National Enquirer style.
Which won’t happen.

Yes it just pains me we had several good, conservative PRO LIFE talented people running at the start of the campaign.
Of course Ted Cruz, my favorite,
Scott Walker
Rick Perry
Bobby Jindal
Marco Rubio
Jeb Bush.
I realize Rubio’s involvement with the gang of 8 amnesty bill hurt him including in his own home state ,and Jeb Bush was likely hurt by his name. Ironically I think Jeb would have been a better, more conservative, president than either his brother or his father.
But Ted Cruz was what many of the angry people said they wanted, someone tough on immigration, who would have righted many of the wrongs, gone to Washington and fought for us.
I don’t like the mob mentality of anger that Trump has stirred up. I know there are good and wonderful Trump fans, and there are some among my own friends and family.
But there’s an ugly element, too, the man brings out that I don’t like.

Vanny, don’t forget we also had Rick Santorum.

I can’t trust Donald and definitely don’t trust Hilary.

Donald needs to apologize to Ted for his attack/accusation.

The notion that the man in the picture actually is Rafael Cruz seems extremely far-fetched. Just how would the Enquirer determine that?

Mistaken identity happens, and it most assuredly did happen, a number of times, in the Kennedy assassination probes. I remember a picture that emerged after the assassination purporting to show Oswald standing in front of the Depository at the time the motorcade was passing by. So, it couldn’t have been Oswald shooting from the 6th floor window, right? Turns out the “Oswald” in front of the building was really another employee who bore a resemblance to the real Oswald.

Surely the Enquirer wouldn’t print something unless backed up by hard evidence!

yep count me #never Trump.
I don’t think I would ever vote for Trump (whether or not he apologizes to the Inquirer); but I don’t care for the term “Never Trump”. If anything, I’d perhaps describe myself as “Never Clinton”.

Amazing that all these years that rag has been for sale in the supermarkets - along with other garbage. The front pages are sometimes so revolting, I turn them around so the kids don’t see. (not really effective, but might spare some exposure 🤷

Well, unlike Sarah Palin, I guess we know where Mr. Trump gets his news from.

You can be both.

#NeverTrump #NeverHillary

That’s my stance. And Never means Not Ever.

This is a good way to win over the conspiracy theorists to support Trump 😃

That’s true, you can be both. But personally I don’t have such a strong stance now that the primary – and, by extension, the Stop Trump movement – are over. I’m not saying I suddenly like Trump or anything, but I don’t see anything wrong with voting for him against HRC.
