Actually one of the problems I have with E. Michael Jones’ theory, which I never said I agreed with, I was merely trying to explain it and also defend him from having labels put on him for holding a view, something I think happens far too often to people in order to shut down discussion, was that there are many Orthodox religious Jews who don’t push this vice he speaks of. They
Interesting. Do you disagree with any of his other views? Which ones?

It seems you can’t group people together if you have a criticism, but you can if you want to say something nice. In fact @Peaceable, you even point this out above. Bit of a double standard
Not really. Generally saying all people of a particular belief system are a certain way leads to conclusions that are typically incorrect/wrong, and intellectually dishonest, as described in the Anglican example above). Even if the generalization is positive.

Saying “ all Anglicans are perfectly brilliant mathematicians” is technically wrong. However because the effects are not negative to group (typically—there are exceptions), this is something”you can say”.

What you want to permit is collective generalizations that are negative that may lead to the persecution of that group (indeed already has). Such generalizations—like saying a faith tradition is responsible for all the faith evil in the world—are also incorrect and intellectually dishonest, but additionally lead to harm unfairly for that group.

Ironically your view paves the way for the idea that similar anti-Catholic views/generalizations don’t exist either, or that they should not be condemned. Is that the case?
