I would agree that no one is infallible all the time. But wouldn’t you say that St. Paul was infallible when he wrote Romans?No one’s interprets infallibly, Steve, anyone who proclaims to do so is, IMO, a fool.
In the same way, I don’t believe that St. Cyril of Alexandria was infallible all the time, but I do believe that the Council of Ephesus in 431 was infallible.
