What an excellent and astute correlation to the Quran!! Beautiful 🙂

In this regard therefore, Who is the King of Kings referring to, if it not be Allah?

.
Thank you Again Servant19.
The last thing I ever think of is to offend anyone, all I wanted is to share the Muslim belief on the matter of the Hadit.

I am not debating and will never debate, just making the Muslims perspective known on this matter.

The King Of Kings is Allah ( All Praise and Glory To Him ).

Qur’an 59-23:
Allah is He, than Whom there is no other god; - the Sovereign, the Holy One, the Source of Peace (and Perfection), the Guardian of Faith, the Preserver of Safety, the Exalted in Might, the Irresistible, the Supreme: Glory to Allah! (High is He) Above the partners they attribute to Him.

Which Scripture?

.
After 5000 posts, im sure you can find out yourself. Or you can go for RCIA. All are invited.

Don’t forget what you said about the fulfillment of Catholicism? So how can you ask which Scripture?

I have yet to see any Scripture stating that God is comprehensible.

…and I most certainly cannot read your mind 🙂

.

It is not my mind you should be reading. Listen to Jesus first.

MJ
I do listen to Jesus. It is quite disheartening to hear consistently that I am not.

I have yet to see any Scripture stating that God is comprehensible.
Can you show me please?

All I see is a de fide teaching stating that “God’s essence is incomprehensible to the blessed in heaven”

Do you have Scripture that states otherwise?

The Question is God the King of Kings, Lord of Lords? Scripture says yes.

God is Not incomprehensible, otherwise how we know God is Love?

“Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.” :harp:

Heres another one…
Abu Huraira reported from Allah’s Messenger so many ahadith and one of them was this that Allah’s Messenger said: The most wretched person in the sight of Allah on the Day of Resurrection and the worst person and target of His wrath would of the person who is called Malik al-Amlak (the King of Kings) for there is no king but Allah. (Sahih Muslim, Book 025, Number 5339

Muslim and Baha’i don’t see Jesus as being the “King of Kings”. As muslims believe the oneness of God … they don’t believe in the Holy Trinity

Oh dear. Then shouldn’t Muslims refrain from using the wording “King of Kings” for God?

The quran contradicts the Bible. So how can it be the truth?
Because you believe its truth, doesn’t meaning its true
I have most undeservedly been given the wisdom to see how these Holy Books are both from God, the same God, that they are both complimentary to one another, how the Bible prophesies Muhammad and Islam and how both these Holy Books foretell with perfect accuracy the coming of both the Bab and Baha’u’llah.

Looking at the Bible and Quran only through the eyes of man one cannot see the truth.

One must be prepared to give up ones life, ones knowledge, everything one believes in order to learn the truth.

No where in the Bible does it prophesied about muhammad or bab and mírzá husayn-`alí núrí. If you think otherwise , you don’t fully understand Christianity or Scripture. That in itself is dangerous. Very misleading

There were many statements made in the Old and New Testaments to connect humanity at that time to a more tangible understanding of the nature of God. Case in point is that God is not love. Love is an attribute of God, so God is “LOVING”…not God is love.

These statements were intended for a reader of 2000 years ago Martin. They hold value today, but our spiritual perception has evolved incredibly, our intellect and language has developed incredibly. The “time relatedness” of these statements is clearly evident.

Secondly, you say :
God is Not incomprehensible
and yet the de fide teaching states that the **essence of God is incomprehensible. **How do you explain this contradiction?

.

Muslim and Baha’i don’t see Jesus as being the “King of Kings”. As muslims believe the oneness of God … they don’t believe in the Holy Trinity
This is actually incorrect. Baha’is are quite happy to call Jesus the King of Kings, the All-Merciful, the All-Wise, the All-Merciful, the All-Loving, the All-Knowing etc etc

These attributes are not of God’s essence, they belong to the Names and Attributes of God, of which Jesus is the Perfect Manifestation.

Amen!

MJ
Muslims, if they were to observe their own Scripture fully, as kindly offered by our friend GUNNER, should call Muhammad the King of Kings, not Allah.

🙂
